So, being that Bluey died in 1939, the click through picture is just of a random Australian cattle dog puppy. I could only track down one picture of Bluey.

How long did Bluey live? 29 1/2 years! He was alive from  June 7, 1910 to  November 14, 1939 [1].

Where was he found? Bluey lived in Victoria, Australia with his owners Les and Esma Hall.

What did he eat? Kangaroo and emu [2]. I could not track down a proper citation for this, but it was Australia in the early 1900’s, so it’s believable.

What did he look like? See figure 1. That’s the only picture I could find, but Bluey looks like a dog.

Figure. Bluey shaking hands.

How do people know how old he was? I have no idea. I’m guessing some form of vet records since he made it into the Guinness Book of Records. In all honesty Bluey may have been a girl, I can’t seem to even track down the gender of the dog.
